Pumping & latch on demand mummies!

Hi would like to ask how much do you yield? Esp for those latch on demand mummies and those who dont give their bb formula. (Skip a feed to pump) I know skipping a feed to pump will yield alot.. but what about if we latch n then pump after bb feeds? How much do you get? I got about 50- 80ml for left boob, 40ml or less for right boob(lazy boob!!!!) Not sure if my supply is considered low? Ive no idea how much my baby takes... im starting work soon so am making stash.

Super Mum

Ha

I wouldn't skip a feed just to pump, I would pump maybe half an hour after a feed or at night. I also have one lazy boob that always produces less 😂. Your yield right after feed sounds very good actually, not low at all.
