Helper take care day and night

For me Day time. Night I take care baby myself If night time, helper may not have enough to sleep. Unless, I requested like I will be home late after 12/1am. Then I will let her sleep till 9am. But she will auto awake at 8 am or 8plus. Then following day I let her rest early also. Usually she awake between 6.30am-7am.

Better to have helper only during the day. At night better to take care of the baby by your self. That way you get to bond with the baby and the helper also gets rest at night and then she can start the next day without being tired.

Would be good to let your helper rest at night. It also gives you time to bond with your baby when you come back from work.

I don’t encourage it .. I allow only when I can’t or hv other work to do
