There is the agency fees, helper's loan, MOM documentation fees...all in all $3k...but after 20 years of hiring helpers...there are ways you can save cost...the downside us you have to do your own paperwork

My indo helper is taking 570 exclude off day. She take 1 day off per month. 1 off day is about 20 dollar. I paid 4k plus when I hire her thru agency. The agency fee was 688.

My helper has been in the family for 5 years. Used to pay her $600. But now that there’s an infant around, we increased her pay to $650
