Mm.. maybe cut down a little? 😅 essentially there’s a lot of sugar in all of them. More weight gain might make you quite tired later on. Don’t need to stop completely, of course, unless you have diabetes. But maybe once every few days is better?:)
I crave for carbonated drinks too, especially during 1st tri cos it helps me to burp. U can try replacing it with sparkling water. I take ice mountain lemon flavoured ones and it still helps till 3rd tri. 🤗
I had Coke daily throughout my pregnancy. No issue/ complications. Maybe it depends on your body.
Not so much on carbonated drinks. Too much sugar can cause gestational diabetes.
It’s fine to drink once in a while but try to reduce your sugar intake.
Yogurt is fine but do cut down on your carbonated drinks
Yogurt and uht milk - ok. Not so for carbonated drinks
Watch the sugar intake, but once in a while is alright
Try to avoid carbonated drinks to prevent GDM ya
