Can 5 weeks pregnant eat speghetti carbonara (prego)?

Lately i've been addicted to speghetti carbonara (prego), but it concerns me if it will have negative effect on me and my pregnancy if i continue to eat it. This is my second pregnancy , the first one could'nt make it. So afraid that thing will not go smoothly bcz i eat what i should'nt.
