Okay lang to give palabok pero wag naman sobrang dami. May ibang halo ang palabok na maaaring hindi pa pwede ky baby. Like the shrimp, make sure hindi sya allergic. Otherwise, mag trigger ng allergic reaction lalo na pag sobra ang amount na nakain. All in moderation lang dapat kasi baby pa din yan.

Ako, hindi ko muna masyado pinapakain ang 1 year old ko ng may madaming sahog para iwas lang constipation or any problem sa digestion ni baby. I give pasta like spaghetti pero minimal serving lang din.
I suggest huwag naman masyado, mommy. Even sa ibang pasta, I always let my kids eat in moderation lang. You have to watch out din kasi baka allergic sya sa shrimps or sa ibang sahog.
Pwede tikim tikim lang muna siguro kasi may ibang halo ang palabok na baka hindi pa kaya idigest ng tyan ng 1 year old. Minimal serving is ok, but not too much naman for her age.
Ok lang yan. Ingat lang if may sahog na tinapa. Masakit matinik at siguradong hindi titigil sa pag iyak ang bata kapag natinik.
