Replacement of fish oil pills

Hi ladies. I don't like the taste and smell of fish oil pills. Any other recommendations I can increase my omega 3 intake instead of pills?

I also asked e same question before but I am afraid there’s no replacement of food for fish oil pill. As e fish oil pills contain e most omega extracted.. Try asking your gynae if he/she has a Low odour fish oil pill?
