Little Advice Please

Not sure how the law works on this one pero I would report it kahit sa barangay level man lang, Kasi he'd be threatening to take my kids against my will. As the mom and below 7 years old pa sila, sa akin talaga sila dapat by law, as long as I am capable of taking care of them. Mahalaga na may record/documentation na sinabi nya yun kasi if anything happens in the future, may maipapakita akong history na he threatened me that way na. So subukan lang nya, kahit ilang beses pa nya paulit ulitin, he'd be digging his own grave.
