sweet potato ung red, low sa glycemic index kaya d biglang taas ng sugar. konti lang kainin na rice and then kain ka nilagang sweet potato para busog pkiramdam. pwede din nilagang saging saba just drink water.. no colored drinks😉

naka red rice na po ako. pero actually nakakasawa yung lasa..mag 2 weeks na ako red rice pero hindi parin ako masanay sanay.

Red rice ka mamsh, or brown rice. That will help, and no soda, juice
