I've just started my son on solids and its completely thrown off our routine. Does anyone have a sample daily routine to share?

If you recently started on solids you should follow a schedule similar to this. week 1: Try feeding one tablespoon of the first few solid foods (potatoes, avocado, rice cereal etc) week 2: slowly increase the quantity to maybe 2 tablespoons (u can add bananas to the diet now) week 3: dont increase the quantity just move to another food like butternut squash or apples week 4: green beans rice cereals, peaches wek 5: yu can mix and match and increase the quantity a lil bit every day now on

Hi there, right now my son is 1 year old. He sort of follows this routine. 7am - milk 9:30am- breakfast of cereal/bread/fruits 12pm - lunch porridge or noodles 3pm- milk and snack 6pm - dinner porridge 8pm before sleep- milk 12am - milk Hope this helps!
