Bleeding

Hi, I've done 4 pregnancy test and it shows positive. I've seen a gynaecology and I was advised that nothing can be seen via vaginal scan as of yet as it's too early. 2 days after seeing the doctor, my discharge is pinkish brownish but it doesn't wet my liner. Any idea what it means or if I should see the doctor again? I'm a cancer survivor and the doctor did mention that I'm at high risk when comes to pregnancy and plus this is my first time. I have a follow up in 1 weeks time. Please advise
