Weigh 67.7 kg. consider overweight. Does it affect my chance of conceiving ?

I've been TTC for 4 month. Tracking my opk and bbt. But still no success. Could it be my current weight affect my chances ? By the way , sy tengah buat diet atkin now nak turun berat cepat dan nak pregnant.

Better to lose weight as it makes you easier to maintain pregnancy as well. I lost 10kg and then able to get pregnant naturally.
