It will take time.. Ive been married since december 2017. My weight is 59kg that time.. This year january is 69kg..πŸ˜‚ but we never stop trying.. But then i decided to diet and do more exercise but suddenly on feb after cny this year, i find out that i was pregnant. Now already 18weeks.. 😁for me, just keep trying n praying.. 😘

I see.. so weight not the main reason as well. It is about time. Well thanks and have a wonderfull pregnancy journey! I believe i will get pregnant later when its time! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Take healthy whole food.remove sugar, cow milk,cheese, butter n gmo soy.sbb very estrogenic especially cow byk yg kna suntik hormon.klu bole nk snang conceive hormon progestrone kna lebih tggi dr estrogen.stress pun kna kurangkn n bykkan exercise sbb blood flow lancar.

Mkn mknn bijirin mcm almond, susu kmbing, broccoli, avocado, n elakkn processed food..you bole google jugak mknn yg bgs utk hormon progestrone. Di smping tu elakkn mknn dairy product n soya mcm sy bgtau kt atas dr cow..pastikn yg organic..so that estrogen rendah dpd progestrone.stress kna kurangkn tu penting-mcm2 bole buat melalui solat,baca quran pg2 yg bole tenangkn hati,doa n yakinkan diri melalui kata2 positif,yoga n etc..exercise smua kna disiplin hari2 buat..

It's all about being active, eating and sleeping well - not necessarily just body weight. Doctors will usually use our body weight as a baseline and they will advise us to lose weight to increase the probability / success rate of conceiving. Good luck!

Better to lose weight as it makes you easier to maintain pregnancy as well. I lost 10kg and then able to get pregnant naturally.
