first time mom

Itatanong ko lang po if normal po ba yung lower left side ng tummy kapag buntis? And yung parang hirap ka huminga minsan? First time Mom po ako and I don't know yet how old is the baby in my tummy. Nalaman ko lang po buntis ako through PT, last year Dec. 29. Most probably nasa around 6-8weeks na daw po ito, sabi ng mga friends ko.
