How to know if the baby is still safe?

Hi. I'm very worried. I just want to know if my baby is still okay because I don't feel any and it's my first time. I'm 10 weeks pregnant They said first trimester is the most difficult and delicates

Through check up po. Transv also. Normal din po na wala pa kayo masyado nararamdaman kung 10 weeks pa lang. Merong di maselan magbuntis and di nagbabago ang panlasa at pang amoy kaya nakakakain pa din ng gaya dati.
