Never heard of this! Just tell your optician when you go to the spectacle shop that you’re pregnant and if he allows you then it should be fine. Also pregnancy does affect your vision, but it should go back to normal after giving birth. Which is why some people don’t get new prescription for lenses when pregnant as it is not always reliable!
