Anyone had 4th degree tear to share your recovery experience?

Unfortunately I had a 4th degree tear during my delivery just yesterday. Anyone has had this and mind to share your recovery experience?

I suffered a 4th degree tear too, a month ago. So far, I’m doing better. I’m able to control my bowel movements but there is still stinging pain here and there. How are you doing?

I know how you feel. Visited doctor earlier on and said next delivery would def be a cesarean. Cannot normal delivery 🥲 but I still have hope.
