During pregnant, I will not advise to take tcm medicine as the herbs might be harmful to preggy. For accupuncture, it is best to get a certified tcm to do it. If you follow your gynae suggested diets your GD will be under controlled. I have a few friends just followed strict diets and successfully deliver a healthy baby.
