It is not compulsory for Kindergarten yet but I understand that the govt is looking into making it compulsory. It might take a long time since Compulsory Education took about 10 years to implement. It is good to let children attend Kindergarten for their social skills and to better ease them into the mainstream school in P1.

No, it is not. The compulsory education is for primary school education unless exempted (https://www.moe.gov.sg/education/education-system/compulsory-education/exemptions/).
Education is compulsory in Singapore only from Primary 1. But research has shown that attending pre-school helps children - especially those from poor families - level up.
Not. Unless you are a teacher previously n you need to go to apply. If not cant. Cause got 1 actress she is a teacher so her kids she teach by herself.
Not compulsory, kindy class just to let him build society skills and get a feel of what it's like to attend school and learn with others.
Nope. Compulsory education from primary 1. If you wanna home school your child, you need to write to MOE for approval
