When can I expect my stretch marks to go away?

They’ll be around for a bit, and might even look a little more noticeable post-delivery. Fortunately, your stretch marks won't stay so vividly hued forever. After baby arrives, they usually fade to a less noticeable (and more easily concealable) silvery gray color.

Is it safe to have an X-ray during pregnancy?

X-ray should not be considered during pregnancy as far as anybody can help it, but if there is a necessity to do an X ray (e.g. look up for abnormality) then typically x-rays are very safe. For example, x-ray of the chest produces a 0.5 unit of radiation, and you need about 50 units to hurt the baby. If you can help it, don't do it. If you need to do it, go ahead. When doing an x-ray, the radiologist will give you a pad to cover the parts that are not undergoing x-ray.

I am having mild fever, can I take paracetamol?

Paracetamol has been used routinely during all stages of pregnancy to reduce a high temperature and for pain relief. There's no clear evidence it has any harmful effects on an unborn baby. But as with any medicine taken during pregnancy, use paracetamol at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.
