red date tea

Immediately after delivery, do we need to start drinking red date tea (while still in hospital), or we can still drink water as per normal, only when we go home then start drinking red date tea instead of water?

If the hospital doesn't provide red dates tea than u have to drink boil water that is warm to drink. Best is to ask your hubby pack red dates long gan wolf Berry and pao sheng in a small zip lock and bring own thermal when u wana drink pour your item inside soak it and drink. You can refill about 3 times before the tastes turn blend. That is wat I do in my hospital stay. Is very easy to bring. Do it la. For own good. If not ask hubby do.

Please drink water. Red date tea should be just in addition to that. Water should be your staple. And you can drink red date tea anytime, in hospital or wait until at home, doesn’t matter.

Usually the hospital will provide but it’s diluted and it’s probably only 1 cup. The best is to ask someone to prepare at home and bring to hospital using a flask.

I drank water all the way (at home and in hospital) alongside the red date tea. You need a lot of fluids in order to produce your breastmilk

The Hospital confinment will provide red dates tea. Must drink right away.

I drank warm water in hospital. Only started red date when I reach home

Super Mum

Drink water throughout and start red date tea and water at home

I don’t think it matters whether at home or hospital
