Hi GD Mummies, do you all take red date tea during confinement? Is it too sweet to drink everyday ?

tbh, the red date tea that u r having should not have any sugar in it.. so the sweetness is from the longan jtself.. even when I cater for confinement meal, I state to have non sugar added red date tea..

I had for the first half (i think) of my confinement until i went back for my gynae for followup. He told me dun drink 😂 then i stopped. But i asked for low sugar and regretted, shldnt have.

yes, cn boiled for me everyday but can still drink a little warm water because the tea doesnt really quench thirst.. More for boost milk supply and 补气..keep body "warm"
