late talking

Hi I'm just worried about my twin daughters, they are already 22 months old but they cannot utter words yet. They keep on talking like bababa mamama tatata but only that. Are all twins late in talking? What should I do so that they can talk quickly?

Pacheck sa developmental pedia para sure. Also it affects pag may lahi kayo ng speech delay, most probably delayed speech din sila
