Torn between vaccinating my newborn or not. Help!

Hi. I’m so sorry if there’s a lot of mistakes but I hope you’ll understand. I have a month old and she’s due for vaccination next week. My LIP doesn’t believe in vaccination as it cause autism, according to him but I badly want my baby to get vaccinated. How should I discuss this with him? I’m not sure if this is the right platform to ask but I need your advice. Thanks!

Hi mommy, I suggest you go to your pedia together so the concerns and questions of your LIP will be answered directly. Baka mas ma-convince sya pabakunahan na ang baby nyo. Ang vaccines ay para ma-prevent yung mga known diseases na. Mas ok na may proteksyon ang baby kasi kawawa sya kung wala at dapuan ng matinding sakit. Prevention in always better than cure ika nga. Personally, meron po ako kakilala na ayaw pabakunahan ng polio ang anak dati. Kaya nagka-polio sya nung bata sya. At ngayon po 30+ years old na anak niya, dala pa din niya ang epekto ng polio. Hindi po pantay ang legs at di nakakalakad ng derecho. Permanente na naging epekto. Maaiwasan naman yung ganon kung sinunod po ang pagpapabakuna.
