Im a psych graduate and madalas ko naririnig yung post partum depression. Prior to giving birth i thought it would be easy na macontrol emotion, it s all in the mind but i guess this post partum depression is real.
For those who knows me, im the optimistic one. Look at the bright side type but after i gave birth, something change...
I sometimes find myself crying, i feel like im not doing good as a mom, i compare myself to other moms and napaparanoid with every details kay baby. I know i love my baby so much but im feeling down, tired, anxious, ?
Maybe writing here din is a way for me to express myself. I dont like to open this up to my hubby and family. Just sharing.
Hoping will get through this soon. And for someone thinking the same, we can do this. Lets pray too. ???
