Same!!! I totally feel you 🥲🥲🥲 Already having sleep deprivation before 3rd trimester. Now at 32weeks I can't even fall asleep until 4am because for some reason my baby loves to kick from midnight and for hours. Then I will still wake up every half hour or at most a single hour to flip to the other side as my pelvis will hurt badly from sleeping too long on one side. Then also same as you wake up every hours to pee or drink water. Then before even able to rest properly, need to wake up to go to work already, and in the end I end up falling asleep at work 🥲🥲🥲 But good thing is, we just need to endure a bit longer! After baby is born if we're lucky we'd just be tired, and our body will slowly recover (tho hopefully we dont develop other problems 😵)

36 weeks now and I got the same problem. I was also told to sleep as much as possible before baby arrives. But nobody told me that lack of sleep starts in last trimester 🙄 For me it wasn’t the positioning that kept me awake.. But the constant urge to get up to pee every 1-2 hours… sometimes it can be multiple times an hour..

Yes! Sleep deprivation starts from the third trimester 🤣 It was hard for me too, with the bump, pelvic pain and super puffy feet. I slept on my side, with my legs on the headboard to ease the water retention. But things will get better once your baby is able to have longer sleep at night. So there’s hope!

Yeah guys 😊
