Hi all, im now 5week. no symptoms. what food should I take more in first trimester? Please advise

Just eat balanced meal and avoid fast food, oily food - basically, anything that is bad for your health. I ate lots of veges and fruits as well as fish during my pregnancy. But more on veges, esp ones with high iron content. You can google this or ask for recommended food list from nurses/doc.
