If you are referring to maternity insurance, many insurance companies has it. Most of them have their policies tag along to an ILP. So far I only know GE and OCBC provide pure maternity protection. OCBC's plan is by GE. It works like a travel insurance - one-time premium, one-time pay out. My hub and I don't like ILP and other reasons. So we took up GE's maternity insurance. It covers the mother till 30 days after giving birth and baby from birth till end of 3rd year policy. It's better to find out more from the agents to see which policy suit your needs.
There are many insurance that covers maternity. But what complications you are referring? Going into emergency C-sect isn't covered by the maternity insurance.
