I think it's normal. I don't recall having the urge of frequent urination. i don't have swollen boobs on my first tri. i believe you do not need to have all the symptoms since everyone goes through it differently. (; but if you are very concern, best is to ask your doc.
i only had frequent urination starting around later 2nd tri. 1st tri just alot of vomiting, no appetite, fatigue and tender boobs.
It is normal. Every pregnancy is different. I only have the frequent urination now that I'm in 2nd tri.
