1. Yes! Even with my first pregnancy. I told my husband about "pregnant superpowers" when our sense of smell is stronger. Even something smells nice and can be overpowering. I just walk away if I can, use less perfume, Tell my husband to not sit so close coz his deodarant smell is too strong 😅etc.
2. I only encounter calf cramps since 1st trimester with my current pregnancy. I wear compression socks to sleep, and it helps a lot. Just normal compressions socks from Guardian kind.
3. Sometimes, but I trudge on if I can, at least smaller portions.
4. Sometimes for me. When I feel that way, I clean my bottle and get fresh, cool, boiled water to refill. Or just drink normal flavoured drink to reset.
