How can i stop co-sleeping my 3 months old

Hi, i'm a first mum. My baby is currently co-sleeping with us since 2 weeks old. We tried to put her to sleep at her cot but she constantly awake after 15 mins. Any suggestion how can train her to sleep back to her cot.
