Hi all, I'm currently 16wks+ and just had my routine blood test 2 days ago. The result shows that i have mild anaemia, which i never come across before my pregnancy. I do take prenatal Multivitamin and i ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. Wondering why. What should i eat/ do to overcome it?
