12 weeks, feeling super cold all the time

Hi guys I’m 12 weeks into my pregnancy and I feel cold all the time. Especially after I’ve had a meal. Do you guys get that as well? Was reading up and wonder if it’s anaemia.. Anyone with anaemia out there who can share your experiences? #firsttimemom

Yup, I had this as well. During my 11th week check, doctor diagnosed me with anaemia 😂 which after that check to see if I’m thalassemia positive, and called upon my hubby to do blood test also. Thank god, is only anaemia and doctor prescribed me with iron pills after that. Which helped to ease the coldness and chills at night

hello! Im 10 weeks now and i feel cold most of the time! not only after meals. not sure if im having anemia but i do have lower than avg blood pressure.

I am also feeling cold. I have to wear long pants. I feel dizzy easily.
