As with any relationship, one should have an understanding of the other's wants and needs and expectations. If not, then you should at least try to explain where each of you is coming from and build a plan on how to move forward.
Yes I think you should have a talk with your fiance as since you're about to be married there should be a convergence of goals. The both of you ought to have the same life values to work things out. Never keep things to yourself.

Talk to him. Marriage is a sacred bond in which it's also the foundation of creating a family. When you enter a marriage relationship you don't do it just like bfs/gfs you must somehow level your relationship up.
Before settling and making commitments ask him in a nice what are his plans in the future and try to let him know that you like to have babies and how important it is to have children in order to be a family
