Feeling Depressed

Im 6 weeks preggy.. Did a scan at the hospital today but turned out that the doc said its empty.. Was told to do blood test and hcg is low.. Was told to come back next 2 days.. Doc said is either miscarriage, early pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy.. Im so worried as much as i tried to be positive.. ?

6wk is usually too early to see anything. usually is about wk 8... don't worry too much ok. take good care of yourself 👍
