Down Syndrome Test

I'm 37 and 16 weeks pregnant now. Did not do any down syndrome test to check if baby is fine due to finances. Recently I've been having sleepless nights because of the fear that baby might have down syndrome or some health issues. Was it a huge mistake for not doing the test?

I'm 37 too & did not do the down syndrome test cos both spouse and I don't want to stress ourselves. DS or not, we'll still be keeping our baby. Just gave birth 13 days ago and baby is fine and healthy although was born a bit premature due to PPROM. Don't stress yourself cos it's not good for the pregnancy. Tell yourself and talk to baby that everything will be fine.
