Down syndrome check

Helloo! Im 12 weeks pregnant and I have opt for the down syndrome checks. I just want to know if any of you mummies have gone through it. And what are the process? I've read few articles and some places will take the amniotic fluid(is it true?), but some just ultrasound and blood test. Help?? 🥴

I took mine at TMC for the paranoma test. Basically they will just draw 4 tubes of blood from you and send for the down syndrome test

NIPT blood test For some cases where blood test is not accurate, doctor may suggest amniotic fluid (case where a twin baby, etc)

FTS(Oscar) - blood test and ultrasound. NIPT(Harmony) - blood test.
