POLYHYDRAMNIOS !

Hi im 28 weeks and 5 days pregnant . Sabe ng ob ko base on my ultrasound is polyhydramnios po ako or madaming amniotic fluid . Sino may case na ganito ? Ano payo.ng ob niyo at ano tips para mging normal.?.
