sleepless nights

Im 20 weeks pregnant and i have been having a sleepless nights for the pass few days. Kept turning here and there but i still couldn't find better position to sleep.. anyone have this issue?

ive been experiencing sleep disturbance on my 1st trimester. :( as in kahit maaga ako nag sleep.. nagigisng ako ng madaling araw automatic. nahihirapan na ako makabalik ulit ng tulog. :(
