21 weeks boobie..

Hi, Mommy to be. Meron na po ba naka feel nung preggy pa sila na yung boobie is parang mainit tapos yung feeling na anytime lalabasan ng milk yung nipples? To think 21 weeks pa lang kami ng 3rd baby ko.🤔 Malakas naman ako mag milk noong sa 2nd ko. I am not sure if feel ko lang ba ito or may nakafeel din na iba. #pregnancy

never ko na feel yan dati pero baka sagana ka sa milk ngayon kaya sumasakit boobs mo sis

Cycling while Preggy?

Since MECQ again.. I am working in a medical field as one of the admin. Bicycle is one of my mode of transportation going to work. When they let Motorcycle back riding I stop to cycle. Then starting tomorrow, will be back on cycling again. I am 5weeks and 6 days preggy. Do you think Cycling is okay for us Preggy mama?

Pwede naman po siguro, but with utmost caution. Maselan po ang 1st trimester. Pa clear na lang din po muna kayo kay OB 🙂
