try nyo po makinig ng mozart nakakahelp na kay baby nakakarelax pa. or yubg mga relaxing music ganun po ginawa ko nung hirap ako matulog

Same here. I used to be sleep comfortably on my left. But now pregnant, I can't find a comfortable position and always having restless sleep.

same here. grabe sobrang hirap matulog :(((( akala ko ako lang yung buntis na ganito. nung mga nakaraan okay naman pero lately super hirap matulog :(((

Ako po ganyan den 20 weeks preggy den po. Ginagawa ko nlng pinalibutan ko ng unan sa likod sa harap at sa paanan tapo manipis na unan sa ulo

subrang hirap ko matulog, kahit nasa bed na ako ng 8pm pero nakakatulog ako bandang 3am na. na worry na ako kse subrang baba ng dugo ko which is 90/60 😭

Same sis. And nagwoworry ako sa pagpupuyat kasi hindi sya okay para sa baby. And ginagawa nalang namin ng asawa ko is minamassage nya scalp saka likod ko.

i use about 4 pillows plus a preggy pillow to make myself comfortable! try sleeping with pillows in between your arms and legs. You’ll feel much better.

Play some classical or relaxation music before sleep (Duration you have to decide for yourself), keep the room cool & clean for sleep. Hope that helps.

If still doesn't work, try sleep in another room where it's clean, cool and safe.
