milky vaginal discharges

I'm on my 18th week of pregnancy. I have this milky but odorless vaginal discharges. Does anybody here experienced the same? Thank you. Is it something to be nervous about? ( I'm supposed to post the picture of the discharges but it I can't post this query unless it's with a pic, I don't why I can't post a pic here, any ways thanks for the kind replies from you momshies)
