not showing pregnancy

I'm 17 weeks and not showing. People are starting to doubt I really am pregnant. This is my first. Is it okay to not be showing at 17 weeks?

ako din po 17 weeks and 3 days na pong pregnant pero yung tatay po ng husband ko always sinasabi na hindi naman daw po ako buntis.
