cough during pregnancy..

I'm 15weeks and 5 days.. I always drink warm water but due to the weather so hot I drank cold drink for two days n now i'm suffering from coughing. Can I take any lozenge or is there any medication available for cough for pregnant ladies? I really could not sleep properly due to this. Please help.
