Sleeping on the left side is More advisable as it initiates the best blood flow for you and baby. But if you're not comfy on the left side, the right side is an option but may increase risks of swelling of feet, varicose veins, and lack of oxygen due to insufficient blood flow.

Totoo po. Nababasa ko sin po ito

If nasa 1st trimester palang po kayo ok pa po yun. Paglumalaki na tyan practice na po on the left. May maiipit po na malaking ugat sa right side na daluyan ng oxygen ng baby. 😊

Left and right gawin mo kasi mangawit din kapag palaging left. Okey lang naman as long as nakaside view lalo na at kapag nasa 3rd trimester ka na.

Yes its okay. pero try left din baka mangalay ka. and mas okay daw sa left walang naiipit veins or anything.

ako dn po mas comfortable sa left kase sa right parang my ugat na naiipit eh

Base on so many articles na nabasa ko, mas maganda daw pag natutulog ka on your left side.

Mas recommended po magsleep on the left kasi po kapag sa right, it will cause still birth

Mommy, pregnant women who sleep on their back at 3rd Trimester lang ang usually high risk for stillbirth. Sleeping on sides are okay.

kapag nangawit kna sa left ok lang naman dw mag turn sa right side nmn momsh😊
