Breastfeeding Posture

If mommy is slouching/leaning back on a recliner or some pillows, does it affect the milk flow of the breast? I noticed my LO is a more fussy eater this way and unlatches often.

Yes if you're leaning back the flow will be slower. It's called the Laid back position which can be helpful if you have a fast flow. If your normal flow is good for baby then don't lean back
