If hindi kayo pwedeng magkaroon ng anak, anong mas pipiliin niyo, mag ampon or kumuha ng surrogate mother?

If my partner and I are financially capable, we would probably get a surrogate mother. As much as possible, we want at least one kid to have the same genes as ours, but adopting is also fine as long as we can provide love and a happy life for a child.
