Both. Nagpavasectomy na asawa ko. At magpapaligate na rin ako after manganak. Ayoko na manganak pa. Kaya ayoko ng mga iniintake o pinapasak sa katawan. Permanent birth control na talaga kasi mag 3 na anak namin.

Vasectomy for sure! I agree with Cristina. I think it should be the husband who'll go through the procedure. It's only fair since women have to give birth and endure all the pain of labor and delivery.

Kinakausap ko si hubby about getting a no scalpel vasectomy. Ilang minutes lang procedure and band aid lang tapos mas less risky compared to me getting a ligation
