Hi, kumakain naman po ako ng mga fruits and veggies. Pero mas malakas po kasi ako kumain ng rice though hindi naman parating whole rice. But I usually eat rice 3 to 4 times a day. Okay lang po kaya yun? Madalas ko rin na iulam is mga meat or fish. Thanks

Thanks. Breakfast lang naman po ako usually marami magkanin. Then yung mga next na kain ko ng rice is mga tig 3 to 4 spoons nalang. Di kasi ako nabubusog agad sa mga bread or fruits lang :)
