if the child is illegitimate and was not acknowledge by the father... does the child has the right to receive support to his father? what are the rights of a child who does not acknowledge by the father..

Pa DNA test mo muna yung bata since ayaw i-acknowledge ng father. Once the results come in positive, saka ka pwede magpa VAWC to demand support. As of now, if di ka makakapagpalabas ng proof na baby niya yan at magdedeny to death ang father, you cannot force him to provide financial support sa bata.
